SANTA ANA, Calif. — Councilmember Jessie Lopez has agendized an item that will prohibit city officials from allowing their immediate family members to be involved or partake in a contract with the city.
This comes as disgraced Orange County Supervisor Andrew Do plead guilty to misusing COVID funds for personal gain involving his daughter as well, buying up houses instead of using funds to help seniors get their meals during the pandemic.
