1. Overview

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) are provided by Santanero Media Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to establish the conditions that will apply to any future product offerings made through our websites, newsletters, or related services (collectively, the “Services”). As of April 1, 2026, no merchandise is available for purchase, no transactions can be completed, and no orders are being accepted. If and when products become available, these Terms will govern all purchases made through our Services, and by placing an order at that time, you agree to be bound by them.

2. Products and Availability

We may offer merchandise such as apparel, tote bags, and other branded items through our Services. All products will be subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities per order, modify product offerings, or discontinue items at any time without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, images, and colors, we do not guarantee that your device will display products exactly as intended.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices will be listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales taxes will be added where required by law. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms. An order is not considered accepted until it has been processed and shipped.

5. Payment

Payments will be processed through third-party payment providers. Payment must be completed at the time of checkout. We do not store full payment card details, and all transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title to products transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or to the delivery address, as applicable.

7. Returns and Refunds

We aim to provide quality products and accurate order fulfillment. If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request assistance within 14 days of delivery. We may require proof of purchase and, in some cases, photo evidence of the issue. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. Unless otherwise stated, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or minor variations in color or design.

9. Intellectual Property

All product designs, logos, branding, and related materials are the property of Santanero Media Group, LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes, nor may you resell our products without prior authorization.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our products or Services for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent our brand or products, or to attempt to exploit, interfere with, or misuse our ordering systems.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except as required by law. We do not guarantee that products will meet all expectations or that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santanero Media Group, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities, or for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
